Perhaps they were only considering US voltage levels of 110-120?

I haven't looked at the specs for an ATMEGA, but on page 7 of the=20
referenced PDF they state the maximum current into a pin is 1mA. If that is=

the case, then technically they are correct in their assertion 85 - 160uA=20
is in the microamp range.
