Have you looked at small solder pots, bar solder, liquid flux and dip solde=
ring?  For small boards this works quite well and you don't need to tape do=
wn the parts. =20
You will need to fabricate or rig up a method for holding onto the edges of=
 the PCB as you dip the leads down into both some flux and then the solder.
