Looks pretty cool.  However, the webpage says it has a guide for
soldering wire 0.9-1.0 mm.  That is quite a bit heavier than the
solder I usually use.  I wonder if it would be hard to use solder that
thick for DIPs, etc. without bridging.

Or is that the width of solder most people are using?
