I would think so. My first choice is the local electrical contractor's=20 supply house, but have seen similar prices at Home Depot, and think=20 Lowe's would be similar. I have been gradually changing over the entire=20 house, probably 70% there now. With increased electricity rates, we have=20 seen about 10% reduction in $$. The wiring of the T-8 tubes is a little=20 different (shown on ballast label), I find it easier to replace the=20 sockets, plus most of these are 35 ears old. The ballasts typically have=20 the same mounting.
