I wrote "I have *a* thousands" a =3D one, English is not my native language
but anyway even if the s is in error (in Italian we do say "a thousands"
to say 1000, as 1000 is plural by itself), the "a" should make it look at
least dubious.

I think we're wasting valuable bandwidth and time with this polemic anyway,
and I fail to see any point in it.
