The choices are internal 16MHz switched oscillator= =20 or an external clock/oscillator module with TTL clock pulses . Frequency=20 tolerance is quite wide at +/- 10%, and note the decoupling recommended by= =20 Microchip - 0u1F and 0u01F in parallel as close to the power pins as=20 possible. Note that this chip has quite low current source/sink capabilities compared= =20 to the majority of the Pic range and that they are asymetric.
