Each part design has its own characteristics, so you need to look at the
graphs in the data sheet. But in general most regulators add the
quiescent current to the load current, plus a percentage of the load
current.=20

With PNP-output low-dropout regulators the additional can be a fairly
high percentage, up to five percent.
