It would have been much better, at least for me, if it incremented
every cycle, rather than every 2 cycles.. I was forced to use timer 2
and 3 in 32bit mode and PBCLK=3D1:1 which consumes certainly more than
if they did the core timer "right".

Anyhow, besides some minor defects, it's great microcontroller indeed.
