Try:

Series gate resistor, small. Maybe 10 R.

Small Schottky dide (BAT85 type / size OK) across gate source right at FET.

 Said to be a major oscillation killer. I instead use.

Zener gate to source close to FET.
VZener > Vdrive max.


Ferrite bead on FET leads . Try on drain!!!.
