Something my employer, a major auto maker, 4 letters, first is a "F")=20
taught us probably in late 80's. Stick to the facts of where you are,=20
and not who did it. i.e. We have a group of defective parts, NOT, Joe's=20
night shift made the bad parts. Then no confrontation or defensive=20
thinking. It was definitely team effort. :)
