Small pager vibrator motors get mention here from time to time.
I'd not seen them advertised new so was interested to see that Digikey has =
them

20/20 mS rise fall with 3.2V pulse  current limited& duration limited.

9500 RPM at 1.3V (presumably bob weight loaded)

Possible use for 'micromanipulator' etc use but, given the original
purpose, design operating lifetime may be "modest".
