I suspect the gparted live CD will do it as well.  Open source, ISO=20
available for download at http://gparted.sourceforge.net/download.php .

As I recall: select and "copy" new partition (in edit menu). Go to new=20
drive. Create new partition table. "Paste" partition. Hit commit and let=20
it rip.
