Hi,
I'm just debugging an embedded system equipped with DDR2 memories
marked as "IH22" in the upper row and "D9LHT" below.
The logo on the right side is Micron's.
I can't find such a type of memory in their catalogue.
Does anybody know what a chip could it be and where can I find the
datasheet?
