Hi all,

The company I work for is having a problem with a unit we make.

Looking over the schematic, it is using a TSC500ACPE & TSC520CPD
as an ADC.  This is an old Teledyne chipset.

However, I can't find a datasheet on them.  Any pointers?

Also, anyone have an idea of what this chipset costs?
