The client orders the parts and gets them shipped to the stuffers. As far a=
s I can tell from the purchasing records, the components for the second and=
 third build batches were purchased at the same time but the actual build w=
as split. I had the purchaser send me all the paperwork for the parts, invo=
ices, shipping notes etc so I could double check for any anomalies - painfu=
l. I suppose the stuffers could have 'borrowed' some parts.
