If aim is "best chance of being useful" in the future then as you have suggested the oil and fuel should be changed, radiator flushed, plus transmission fluids changed, brake and clutch fluids replaced. However, I would just change the oil after a bit of a drive (20kms) once it is mobile. I accept some condensation in engine and oil change history may be suspect therefore oil should be replaced, and I accept moisture may condense in the fuel tank (which it is doing all the time anyway) but i can not see this doing any engine damage. I have stripped engines that have been sitting for some time (years) and I have always been amased how little if any signs of corrosion are present.
