I didn't saw that as a "photo". I don't get why the pin numbers in red are of any interest at all. They are all hard-wired internaly in the header, not ? And the connections to the target circuit (in this case a crystal and a pair of caps) are done using the *standard* pin-out (the pin numbers in black).
