This function exists so=20 that you can verify that the pin drivers are working properly on the ICD3. One of the common problems with debugging is that when something=20 doesn't work, you don't know what the problem is. It might be=20 something haywire in the test circuit ** OR ** it might be a problem=20 with the debugger.
