Dear All,


I'm trying to identify a SOT-23 transistor with marking "7SVC". Before
the '7' there is another symbol that may be an "H", but smaller. I
already tried Google and several SMD code listings.

Does anybody know this part? It seems to be a PNP BJT or P-channel MOSFET.
