Good idea, except, fused also means joining two objects together and a fuse=

is broken, so perhaps 'unfused' or 'disfused' would be better. :).

Of course if someone sells you a fuse and it turns out to be something=20
else, then it's be a con fuse.  (chortles into his toast and peanut=20
butter).
