Fuse is both working and not working depending on the acquisition specifications of the observer. Also the fuse might look like working but it might have left it's working state ages ago, feeding from it's counterpart in a parallel universe - which is called functional mapping between universes. All parallel universes contribute to our current reality at the quantum level. Something completely different ; Ibelieve used fuses should be called "Fused" from now on.
