I'm having a hard time finding what I consider a usable rework flux. =20 I've seen stuff in use that's like what I'm looking for so I know it=20 exists, but can't seem to find it. Basically what I have and can find is either liquid - I.E. what goes in=20 a wave solder machine or comes in flux pens. Or thick, viscous, tacky=20 flux. I'm looking for something in-between. I.E. something which=20 doesn't immediately spread everywhere on the board like a true liquid=20 flux, but which I can dispense out of a squeeze bottle or similar=20 instead of having either syringe or 'toothpick application' fun. =20 Neither of which works like I would guess this would. I'm thinking=20 something which will flow slightly but not wick. I've seen some people using this 'medium weight' flux and now I'm=20 dealing with surface mount it seems like just what I need. =20 Unfortunately I can't find anything which seems to fit. Does anyone use this? Preferably in no-clean?
