But!, what would you DO with that sort of experience? :-)

Instead you could come for a holiday to NZ and pay me to tell you how
to get different manufacturing experiences than you may usually get
from a Chinese factory :-).

That said,  you could probably get paid Chinese factory tours to
observe what is done and why and how. The Chinese tend to be more
protective and secretive of their factory environments than many in a
significant fraction of cases (in my experience) but there would still
be many who could be persuaded that it's worth a $ to do so.
