others have a design competition starting 28 November 2011.

First prize is US$5K.

Looks to be predicated towards low power projects - requires schematic to=20
be designed using the DesignSpark CAD program.

Warning to Arduino dislikers - it is a Pic32 Arduino type platform and=20
requires the IDE.
