10:41 pm Sunday evening October 13th NZ time.
1:41pm Sunday afternoon in Turkey.
1041 UTC October 13th,

News reports are now saying 'perhaps 1000 people have died buy the official
USGS site indicators based on other events suggest far more than that -
perhaps in the 1,000 - 10,000 range and potentially more. Massive damage to
buildings has occurred.
