This was meant as a tribute thread.

As one who has met Bill for work reasons and Malinda for foundation
reasons I take serious offence at this thread. As a Rotarian I can
assure you that the Polio program was no scan.

I will bow out now and block this thread.

The world has just lost a visionary and innovator.
