I was there as a volunteer escort for the press. It's great watching
planes take off in almost complete silence. All of the planes were
pretty neat, even the ones that only got 70 mpg :)

P.S. It's interesting escorting city folk around. When we were in a
field next to the runway there were questions like "are there spiders?"
(not really) and "what lives in those holes?" (rabbits or gophers).
Nobody asked me about hornet's nests, so I didn't have to answer that
one :)
