I'm looking for a single device (meaning...I can do it with a couple of opa=
mps,etc) that will accept a single ended 5V digital input, and give me diff=
erential output....+5/-5 out.=A0 Rail to rail would be nice, but if I need =
to run it above 5V (say 9-12V) for the supply I can do that.=A0 Highest fre=
quency would be about 5KHz that I would run thru it.

Ideas?
