It also works with the REAL ICE, but like the ICD3, it only works with
PICs that have stopwatch support in silicon.  The "Stopwatch" button
will be missing from the Breakpoints dialog if the PIC doesn't support
it.  If the PICKit 3 does support it, it will have the same
limitation.
