As far as I know the only way is to use MPLAB SIM and then you can. The
stopwatch wont work whilst using debugger (I don't think)

Is there a way to measure execution time while debugging in MPLab when=20
using a PICKit 3 as you can when using the Stopwatch window when using=20
the MPLab Simulator? I want to be able to measure the time between two=20
break points while running the debugger.
