Yessir.

I have one similar "somewhere".
I also kicked an LCD display off of an MP760 Canon printer in Christchurch.
Slightly larger.
I have it here .... .

I bought a dead MP760 on trademe for $1. Wanted the heads. Had some ink.
Kicked off display was a tool-less reclaim as I tool it out to the rubbish.
