I am trying to create a custom part in Eagle. I create the=20
symbol, then the package, then the device.
The package looks fine in the library editor.

However, when I drop it on the board the drill size and pads=20
appear to be different then the .pac I created and the board=20
fails the DRC because the pads are to close.

I am using a .027559 drill with a 0.032 diameter. I have=20
created it from scratch 3 times and I am not copying=20
anything from another library so I can't figure why eagle is=20
changing the drill and pad size.

Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong ?
