At Light Speed (LS) - Time stops - Distance drops to zero. - Velocity, distance, time, ... are meaningless concepts. Only photons can travel AT LS and photons MUST travel at LS. If Neutrinos have zero rest mass they too travel AT light speed and are also "timeless". I Ns have some mass they travel < LS. If N's have negative mass they travel FTL Einstein's theory does not say that nothing can exceed light speed. It just says that nothing with non zero rest mass can travel AT LS. Tunneling gets you there.
