Does anyone know of a cheap ethernet PHY board that can be used with the
PIC32 to connect to the ethernet?

Something like this:
http://www.mikroe.com/eng/products/view/582/ethernet-phy-board/ but cheaper
(the shipping is wayyyy too much).
