From past experience and discussions with various paste suppliers, =20
paste can last a lot longer than advertised, though not much longer =20
for rosin flux types.

One common problem is the flux separating, so it can be re-mixed, but =20
prob not as easy in a syringe.  Is that what the ultrasonic cleaner is =20
for?  Storing cold is better than room temp, but even worse is =20
condensation from thermal cycling and opening/closing frequently (prob =20
not so much a concern for syringes).

Also from past experience shipping a pet, if you can wait, ship in a =20
couple months when it's cooler and choose carriers whose hubs are in a =20
not-so-hot city.
