I'm drawing a blank on this, maybe someone else's google-foo is better
than mine.

This is an 8-pin SOIC chip that is in the place of a 25128, but I
can't recognize
or find the markings.

First line:      ATMLH116
Second line:  5DB  L   B
Third line:      0J3678A

Clues?  If it helps, the '5' that starts the second line is a bit hard
to read, so don't
take that as gospel.
