So, after numerous samples of different types of paste, I've decided=20 that Indium SMQ90 just plain works the best as far as reliable=20 time/pressure dispensing. Unfortunately, the minimum order is way more=20 than I can use during it's 6 month official shelf life, so I'm hoping=20 that some of the list might be interested in picking up a few tubes. These are 10cc tubes/syringes, filled with 25 grams of 63/37 SnPb solder=20 paste, Type 4, in a no-clean, made for dispensing paste - see the=20 indium site for specs on the SMQ90. 6 month refrigerated shelf life, 3 months if stored between 5 and 25*C. Because I'm machine dispensing with these, they don't come with a hand=20 plunger. You can pick them up fairly cheaply from various sources, and=20 re-use from tube to tube. You'll also want to get an assortment of=20 needles/tips. I'm looking for around $5 per tube, probably with a bit of per-shipment=20 packaging cost added on for things like ice packs. These will be=20 available about the first week of October. -forrest --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
