miKroe normally sells the compiler and the Dev Boards at a good discount=20
when bundled. The trial version of their compilers is available all the=20
time free for download. The limitation is the generated code size. Watch=20
carefully that you will be satisfied with the method used to program the=20
chip.  I have been with them since about 2002 and they really do provide=20
the mechanism for free upgrades.

I am looking at the 932-MIKROE-450 at $29.95. Going this route would=20
require build/buy a programmer. Everything miKroe sells except the=20
programmers are documented with schematics & all in the user manuals. I=20
don't think you can roll your own for less than they sell for!
