Hi All,

I'm trying to track down a replacement for a T092 packaged N type mosfet=20
we use in a design, we currently use a BS107, which is now very hard to=20
find, and I'm having problems trying to track down a replacement. I'm=20
looking for a VDS of at least 150V, in a T092 package or similar....any=20
ideas? I've looked at a ZVN4310A, but the VDS is too low (100V).
