Those are amorphous silicon.
If acceptable  lifetime is really two years and if some reduction in
output is acceptable they may do.

Amorphous output drops over months from new with lowest temperature
setting the degree of decrease 9caused by crystallisation effects).

Measure genuine output and decide what you really need.

Efficiency is much lower than crystalline silicon - unimportant if
panel size does not matter.
