I have the MikroC and MikroBasic compilers for several PIC platforms. I li= ke them. The price is right, free lifetime upgrades and support, great lib= raries, huge selection of development tools. =20 =20 I started with Microchip Assembly. I switched to Mikro compilers to speed = up software development. When they went to the pro series compilers, it wa= s free and the code size was greatly improved. You can download a free cop= y and try it.
