No - not OT - not allowed at all (I think) (regardless of where Lybia
may be :-) ).

As interesting as the subject may be it seems to be the sort of thing
that falls outside the general fuzzy univrse that is valid PICList
stuff.
People are welcome to talk to me about it offlist if they wish.

And,
 "  ...  premier... kick his ..." is definitely out of bounds for
PICList, regardless of its merit (or not) :-).
