"Restocked" as I used it meant "or recharged." You don't get very far =20 if you can swap a battery in 10 minutes if it takes 8 hours before you =20 can charge that and put it in the next car. Unless you have hundreds =20 of batteries, and customer traffic slows down. (Hmm. it makes me =20 realize that I have very little feel for how many tanks full of gas a =20 typical gas station pumps per time period. The Costco near me has I =20 think 16 pumps, all of which are in use every time I go by. That's =20 something like 500 cars per day assuming an 8-hour day, and you can't =20 get around needing to charge 500 batteries every 24 hours...
