I assume the "communication" happens at the speed of light.

One question I wanted to ask to the article writer is if it will
work regardless of what's between the two devices. I.e. if I put
one meter of lead between the two, radio communications won't work.
Will this system work?

If it does, then there must really exist more than 3 dimensions,
and the communication is crossing them.
