Hello, I've to repair a board, a diode is shorted, but I cannot identify it. it has a symbol that resembles a lowercase t followed by 307A. The board is most probably made in Japan. The position of the diode makes me think it's a rectifier, but I'm not sure it was schottky or anything else. The size and body shape looks like a 1N4001. Could anybody help identify this t307A diode please? I can't find any datasheet with this code, let away that the t is not really a t, but more (non proportional font needed): ************ ************ *** *** *** *** followed by 3 0 7 A Greets, Mario --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
