HTWF&IP goes into the detailed requirements of how to be genuinely
interested in people. Genuineness can be quit a hard skill to acquire.

FWIW I thought the original "A Passion for Excellence" also reasonably good=
..

If nothing else it taught me "Are you  having fun?"  - but so far I've
not managed to acquire a barber's chair. [[NB: Nothing to with Taiwan
!!!!. HP manager originated afair .]]
