Hi Mario:

Shameless plug, A Fly Back tester is great for testing inductors like=20
this.  It hits the inductor with a pulse and counts how many cycles of=20
ringing follow.  Just as it takes a specialized tester (ESR meter) to=20
locate some bad capacitors it also takes a specialized tester (FB=20
tester) to locate some bad inductors.
