Hi all, Sorry for the delay, I've had a bit of a hard drive crash that's taken up a bit more of my time than I'd hoped. Thank you all for the great advice. I agree, Digikey had really high pricing, but I didn't realize how high until I went to one of the local electronics places. I ended up deciding to try an MG Chemicals no clean flux. At only $15 I figured I'd gamble. I just did about 40 header connectors, and it seems to be working well so far. This is with new parts and a brand new, clean PCB. We'll see how it goes, but so far I'm happy. I did notice that it smells different. I guess I got used to the rosin smell. Thanks!
