I thought the idea was to implement a CDC device and use the windows =20
standard (certified, included) CDC driver?  All you need is a .inf to =20
map your USB identifiers to the CDC driver...

(I have to admit, though, that FTDI is head and shoulders above pretty =20
much everyone else when it comes to host-side driver support.)
