I don't know about the PicKit3, but the ICD3 is deemed to be a cut down Rea=
l Ice by some people, and I can tell you it is a lot faster in programming =
and debugging as it uses the USB at 480MB/s instead of 12MB/s.

However I suggest you troll through the Microchip Forums on them, as some p=
eople do seem to have problems.
